Julia MacDonald is a value-oriented client development professional focused on helping attorneys translate legal excellence into meaningful client relationships and business growth. Currently serving as Client Relations Manager at Holland & Knight, she supports private equity and M&A attorneys nationwide, leading strategic initiatives ranging from high-impact client engagement programs and competitive intelligence to generating new business opportunities and professional development.

With prior leadership roles at WilmerHale, Ms. MacDonald has driven firmwide initiatives, enhanced client visibility strategies, and improved business development processes for global litigation teams. Her expertise spans relationship building, strategic partnerships, event strategy, and coaching attorneys to strengthen their personal brands and market presence.

Originally from Crimea and now based in Miami, Julia brings an international perspective shaped by her journalism background and multilingual fluency. She is recognized for combining strategic insight with creativity, mentorship, and a passion for empowering professionals to grow their influence and impact.

Associate Vice President, Associate Relationship Manager

Paloma del Pino serves as an Associate Relationship Manager within PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking division, supporting commercial clients with annual revenues between $5 million and $50 million. In her role, she assists senior relationship managers in delivering tailored financial solutions, including capital structure analysis, cash flow optimization, and treasury management strategies. Paloma works closely with internal partners to ensure seamless client service and strategic execution.

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Paloma began her banking career in 2022 through PNC’s Asset Management Development Program. During the program, she gained experience across Asset and Wealth Management, including roles as an Associate Investment Advisor and with the Tax-Managed Equity Group. Based in Miami for the past three years, Paloma leverages her knowledge of the local market to support business growth and client engagement.

Committed to her community, Paloma actively participates in the South Florida business network and volunteers with United Way of Miami. She is a lifelong member of Alpha Kappa Psi – Beta Psi and remains engaged with the Florida State University Alumni Association.

Outside of work, Paloma enjoys spending time with family and friends and embracing Miami’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle.
