Wine Tasting and More!

The annual social is online with the sommelier.  Join us with ACG's proprietary virtual platform customized specifically for this event.  There will be plenty of networking and fun while learning about the wines.

Vienna Vintner's historic Stonehouse is a beautiful property with an incredibly unique space right on Rt. 123 a few short miles from Tysons where you will pick up your wine.

Our wines will take us on a trip thru Tuscany with Pakravan-Papi Vineyards.
2019 Pakravan Papi Ribellente
34% Riesling / 33% Malvasia Bianca / 33% Chardonnay

The name refers to being rebellious, or non-traditional Tuscan white blend. 10 years average vine age. Aged 4 months on the lees in stainless steel, with notes of grapefruit and melon. Nice balance between lean citrus and softer more exotic fruits. Refreshing minerality with a delicate aromatic finish thanks largely to the Malvasia. Food pairings includes salads, tuna tartare, smoked salmon, grilled flaky white fishes and other lighter cuisine.

2018 Pakravan Papi Prunicce
Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon

The Prunicce combines the delicate and fruity aromas of the Sangiovese Piccolo with the spicier and stronger ones of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a blend between tradition and innovation, freshness and power, red fruits with floral and spicy notes. Soft and full on the palate, with aromas of sour cherry and ripe plum
and slightly spicy finish. Food pairings include Tuscan cured meats and crostini, tagliatelle with meat sauce, grilled beef and pork cuts, pecorino cheese.

2015 Pakravan Papi Cancellaia
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Cabernet Franc

Here the Cabernet is expressed in a richer and more powerful way than in its native land without losing the typical Bordolese’s Cabernets aromatic freshness characteristics. The plum and red fruit aromas are well integrated with the
spiced ones and with a hint of fresh balsamic . Aromas of sour cherry with marked balsamic notes with a spicy, complex, long finish, spicy and complex. Food pairings include Tuscan cured meats and crostini, chianina T-bone steak, meat and game stews, seasoned pecorino cheese.
