Karen Fisman is a Managing Director with PwC Corporate Finance in the Toronto office, leading Private Equity coverage for the Canadian team.​ 

Karen has a strong network of US and Canadian mid-market focused Private Equity relationships with whom she maintains regular contact, ensuring she understands their current investment theses and strategies.

 Jon Valeriati is currently a Vice President at Novacap in the Diversified fund. Since joining Novacap, Jon has worked with Windmill Farms Inc., Smyth and Spectrum Healthcare as a Director of the Board. Jon continues to work with Kingsdown Canada, where he has worked with management full time and Alliance as a Director of the Board at both companies.
