Due to the Seattle Mariners’ playoff series (go M’s!), we’re moving the 2025 ACG Seattle Debt Market Update to an earlier time at 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm in the Crystal Ballroom at Washington Athletic Club.

The expert panel will provide valuable insights into the current activity, highlights, and trends shaping the debt market. Cocktail reception begins at 3:00 p.m. and the panel discussion begins at 4:00 p.m. and concludes at 5:00 p.m.

Lisa DeSantis Adams, Managing Director, Legacy Corporate Lending

With nearly 30 years of experience in asset-based lending (ABL) and commercial finance, Lisa DeSantis Adams is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in structuring creativefinancing solutions. Lisa began hercareer in commercial lending and correspondent banking at City National Bank, underwriting commercial loans and working with financial institutions. She then joined Bank of America’s Financial Institutions Group, focusing on West Coast banks. A transition to a regional bank specializing in healthcare finance provided her with deep industry knowledge, paving the wayfor her career in ABL lending.Lisa played a key role in Fleet Capital’s Healthcare Specialty Group, leading ABL healthcare originations on the West Coast. She has since held senior originations roles at top institutions, including Merrill Lynch Capital, Wachovia Capital Finance, BMO Harris, NewStar Business Credit, UMB Capital Finance, and Gibraltar Business Capital.

Keith Sambur, Partner, Holland & Knight

Keith Sambur is a nationally recognized debt finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office and a co-leader of the firm's Private Credit practice. Sambur's practice focuses on a variety of debt finance transactions. Sambur primarily focuses on representing private equity sponsors, private credit funds, portfolio companies, hedge funds, asset managers, single-sponsors and alternative capital sources in complex financing leveraged lending transactions, including leveraged buyouts, private placements, high-yield and convertible debt offerings, recapitalizations, restructurings and other special situation transactions. He also has significant experience with preferred equity transactions and equity-kickers, including warrant consideration. Sambur has led the design of novel and complex credit structures across industries, including licensed gaming operators, alternative practice structures in healthcare and other professional services corporations, software, energy, metals, real estate, land banking and home building. Often these credit structures have required him to blend disciplines and approaches, including through the use of swaps and other derivatives. 

Patrick Gengoux, Partner, Seacoast Capital

Patrick Gengoux joined Seacoast Capital in 2012. Prior to joining Seacoast, Gengoux spent six years at Pacific Capital Bank in Santa Barbara, CA, where he was ageneralist working with distressed and underperforming middle marketcompanies. He also worked with Signature Capital Advisers, a special situations private equity fund. 

Camden Murtagh, Vice President, Armentum Partners

Camden Murtagh joined Armentum in 2020 and focuses on deal execution in both the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, Camden was at Morgan Stanley, where he conducted valuations for venture-backed technology and life science companies. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked in the Sponsored Finance group at Avidbank.
