Body

ACG Toronto will host a new networking and educational program for the NexGen (Young Professionals) network - targeted to mid-market industry professionals under 35 years of age.

 The Mentoring Network Event & Social Reception will connect NexGen attendees with senior ACG executives in a series of short, informal group meetings to discuss:

  • Industry Trends
  • Sector Insights
  • Personal Career background
  • Answer NexGen questions on career and personal development

 

The event consists of 20-minute Mentor & Mentee meetings, with one (1) Mentor to four (4) Mentees per table:

 Each attendee will participate in a minimum of four (4) meetings per Mentee (total of seven (7) in the evening). Additional Mentors & Mentees can network with drinks and snacks when not in meetings

Meeting format – is informal with no formal presentations

 

SCHEDULE 

  • 5.30pm - 6.15pm - Registration & Networking
  • 6.15pm - 6.35pm - Opening remarks & Mentor introductions
  • 6.35pm - 8.40pm- Meeting sessions (20 minutes + 5 minute transition)
  • Closing remarks - 8.40pm - 8.50pm

Natasha is a Senior Engagement Manager at SATOV Consultants, Canada’s leading boutique strategy consultancy. She joined SATOV in 2016 and quickly built a reputation with clients for being assertive, disciplined, and relentless in driving results. During her career at SATOV, Natasha has worked with dozens of clients on multi-phase engagements focused on driving top-line growth and EBITDA performance improvement, often carrying strategy through to on-the-ground execution. She brings deep experience in consumer goods, retail, and services, with clients including The Fertility Partners, Yorkville University, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Animal Dermatology Group and Alliance Consumer Group. Natasha graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a dual degree in Business Administration and Financial Mathematics.

Natalie Lyons

Natalie is a graduate of the Queen’s Commerce program at the Smith School of Business. She began her career at Chubb Insurance, where she spent several years on the Major Accounts team underwriting complex commercial risks for large-scale clients. Currently, she is a key member of the M&A team at BFL CANADA, where she has spent the past year and a half advising clients on insurance solutions for M&A transactions, with a focus on placing transactional risk insurance.

Justin Krieger is a director and co-leader of RSM Canada’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry.

In 2022, Justin was selected for the firm’s Industry Eminence Program, which positions its analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves. Justin’s focus is on the Technology sector, and he works alongside the firm’s chief economist and other program participants to analyze trends and themes affecting middle market businesses.

Cullen joined TorQuest in 2024. Prior to joining TorQuest, he worked in the investment banking division at RBC Capital Markets. At RBC, he was involved in a number of M&A and financing transactions within the Consumer & Industrial Products group. Cullen holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Financial Mathematics (with High Distinction), both from Wilfrid Laurier University.
