Zane Busteed

Zane Busteed brings more than a decade of experience in growth- and venture-stage investing, with deep expertise spanning fundraising, fund operations, and board governance across a range of technology sectors, including fintech, data, security, infrastructure, and edtech. Most recently, Zane served as Head of Strategic Finance at PassiveLogic, a Series C industrial AI company backed by Nvidia, Brookfield, and Addition, where they supported strategic growth and capital initiatives. Previously, Zane was a Director at Mercato Partners, a venture-through-growth equity firm with more than $1 billion in assets under management. Zane holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BS in Economics and Political Science from Brigham Young University.
