As 2025 draws to a close, my term as the Arizona Chapter President officially concludes. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve this exceptional community of dealmakers and business leaders.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the drive and collaboration both members and nonmembers have brought to the table. Beyond simply attending events, it was rewarding to witness the meaningful connections formed and the deal flow generated within our network. Your active engagement is what empowers our chapter to make a tangible impact on Arizona’s middle-market ecosystem.

I am excited to continue my involvement with the chapter and look forward to serving you all as a Board Member in the coming year. This association is built on the strength of its dedicated professionals, and I remain committed to supporting our collective mission.

On January 1st, 2026, we will officially welcome our new Chapter President, Chris Reap of Outlier. Chris brings fantastic experience and vision, and I have every confidence that our chapter will continue to thrive and reach new heights under his leadership.
