Jeff King

CleanJoule is a U.S. based advanced fuels company producing superior fuels for aviation, aerospace and defense.  With offtake agreements from major airlines and multi-year contracts with the U.S. DOD, the company is scaling toward commercial production to decarbonize global aviation and defense sectors.  Mr. King has significant experience in investment banking, equity research, and commodities transactions in the energy sector. Prior to joining CleanJoule Mr. King was CFO of DJR Energy, LLC, a Denver based exploration & production company focused on the San Juan Basin of New Mexico. Prior to DJR, he was a Managing Director of Scotiabank’s commodities group, based in Toronto.  Prior to Scotiabank, Mr. King worked at Credit Suisse in the NYC office of energy investment banking, focusing on capital markets and M&A.  Mr. King started his career in the Denver office of Petrie Parkman, where he helped execute numerous IPOs, private capital fund raises, and asset divestitures. He received his BS in economics and minor in Geology from the University of Colorado.
