Peter de Boisblanc

Peter de Boisblanc is a Partner and Head of North America at HWF Partners, a specialist M&A insurance brokerage where he advises clients on bespoke transactional risk solutions across the deal lifecycle. With nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of law, underwriting, and insurance brokerage, she brings a rare 360-degree perspective to M&A risk allocation.

Prior to HWF, Peter served as U.S. Practice Leader for Transactional Risk at HUB International, advising private equity funds and strategic buyers on reps and warranties insurance and related products. He previously spent more than three years as a Vice President at AIG underwriting transactional insurance, and began his career as a corporate associate at Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP.

Peter holds a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
