A collaborative, high‑energy networking experience designed to bring women together across industries for an evening of education, confidence-building, and connection, unlike any traditional networking event. Hosted jointly by ACG Inland Empire, CREW Inland Empire, RMA Inland Empire, and Women in Manufacturing (WIM), this event invites women to step into a space often dominated by men and confidently learn how to sip, enjoy, and talk whiskey, while having fun doing it.

Through curated whiskey cocktails by The Thirsty Horse, line dancing led by The Redheaded Cowgirl, and a lively country‑themed atmosphere complete with food, music, and fellowship, attendees will leave having learned something new, made meaningful connections, and shared an experience that blends education, empowerment, and entertainment. This is more than a social gathering, it’s an opportunity to gain confidence, expand networks, and celebrate women showing up boldly in their industries.

Run‑of‑Show Outline: 

4:00 – 4:30 PM: Check‑In & Welcome

4:30 – 5:30 PM: Whiskey Experience: Curated Cocktails

• Led by: The Thirsty Horse
• Learn how to sip and enjoy whiskey with confidence through curated tastings and handcrafted cocktails.

5:30 – 6:30 PM: Line Dancing & Networking

• Led by: The Redheaded Cowgirl
• Guided line dancing instruction (beginner‑friendly)

6:30 – 7:00 PM: Open Networking & Close

• Continued mingling and relationship building
• Final cocktails, food, and informal conversations
