Lisa Hedrick

Lisa Hedrick is a partner at Hirschler whose practice centers on mergers and acquisitions for privately held middle market companies, guiding business founders, family offices, and private equity funds through buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion. Known for her practical counsel and strong project management skills, Lisa brings deep expertise in representations and warranties insurance, complex deal structuring, and cross-industry transactions — including deals involving multiple lenders, co-investors, and accelerated timelines. She also serves as chair of Hirschler's M&A and Financing Practice Group and sits on the firm's Board of Directors.
