Tyler Johnson

Tyler Johnson, Attorney at Williams Mullen, represents individuals, private equity funds and platform companies, and corporate development groups in middle-market buy- and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, JVs and strategic investments, minority investments and other complex corporate transactions. 

He also assists founders, entrepreneurs, management teams, and venture capital investors in executing a broad array of equity and debt financings, company formation transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and other general corporate matters, serving in effect as outside general counsel.

Tyler counsels clients in the negotiation of complex funds, holding company and joint venture negotiations and he has prior experience with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), and capital markets transactions.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William & Mary.
