Join us for a lunch gathering designed for women business executives supporting companies through hypergrowth, downturns, mergers, and acquisitions.

In deal work, stress is natural—but it doesn’t have to consume you or erode your mental health. As women leaders, we navigate high-stakes and high-tension moments daily. This fireside chat will focus on how we keep perspective in intense seasons, build resilience, and choose to show up for ourselves and each other with more positivity—creating a circle of women leaders who strengthen one another, rather than defaulting to venting and complaining.

Our panel will include our featured guest, Fran Mallace, CEO of Make-A-Wish Arizona (the founding chapter of the international wish-granting organization, based in Scottsdale).
