Jamie Boyd

Jamie Boyd is a Founder and Managing Partner at Cypress Capital ("Cypress"), an integrated merchant bank making direct private investments and offering investment banking advisory services. Boyd has over 25 years of leadership experience spanning investment banking, private equity investing, corporate law, and executive financial management (CEO and CFO). He is a seasoned professional with a track record of delivering financial excellence and strategic growth in the dynamic middle market economy. Prior to founding Cypress, Boyd was a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital, LLC ("Cascadia"), a national investment bank, where for over 20 years he helped guide and grow the firm, as well as ran one of the most successful investment banking franchises in the middle market centered on the theme of Energy Transition and Climate Technologies. From 2021 to 2023, Boydf founded and was CEO of Cascadia Acquisition Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company. Boyd led the formation, capitalization, and IPO process, which resulted in raising in excess of $150m USD. Post-IPO, Boyd managed all aspects of governance, operations, financials, and reporting of the company.
