He works directly with leadership teams to align strategy, manage risk, and unlock measurable business impact.

Dean has advised startups, mid-sized firms, and enterprises through his work at Amazon Web Services. He has also held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Capital One and GlaxoSmithKline, where he led global initiatives to modernize operations and deliver AI-powered capabilities across complex environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
