This month we celebrate Megan Troxell, Megan epitomizes the contemporary woman in the workplace and sets an excellent example for other future leaders. She is a highly respected senior manager, and focuses her efforts on becoming Grossman, Yanak & Ford’s second female partner. In addition to making significant contributions to the GYF Firm and her family, Megan serves on several nonprofit boards, lending her talent and energy. She is also active in her church. A valued mentor for younger accountants at GYF, Megan provides formal coaching to three professionals and informally advises many others.
She also serves as a Business Mentor through her volunteer work at Pittsburgh Fellows. Megan is a wife and mother to two young boys, and prioritizes family time as she is actively involved with her kids' school and sports activities. With limited options for activities during the pandemic, her family toured all of the 120 installations listed in the Pittsburgh Art in Public Places: Downtown Walking Tour guidebook.
