Jaclyn Ring

This month we celebrate Jaclyn Ring for our FCL Spotlight. Jaclyn Ring is Vice President at River’s Edge Alliance Group. Jaclyn joined River’s Edge in 2013 and has nearly ten years of mergers and acquisitions experience. She works with clients throughout the United States and is tasked with developing relationships with deal partners, both acquisition targets and strategic acquirers. She also accompanies clients on management meetings, site visits, trade shows, negotiates LOIs, and oversees due diligence. Her colleagues speak very highly of her and her willingness to go above and beyond. One example of her impressive work ethic – a client wasn’t seeing enough deal flow by Jaclyn’s standards, so she decided to cold call 400 target companies in one week to get the project back on track.
In addition, to being a part of the ACG Pittsburgh community, Jaclyn is an active member of the M&A Source, earning the prestigious CMAP designation in 2020.
