Whitney Harper is co-founder of ADVOS Legal and The Deal ADVantage, where she helps founders, portfolio companies, and their advisors prepare for capital events before the market is watching. A former General Counsel and business operator, Whitney has advised companies through acquisitions, capital raises, and complex strategic transactions. She now works with owners, PE firms, and investment bankers to identify risks early, improve deal readiness, and position companies to move faster and preserve value when it's time to transact.

Carson is a Senior Associate at Harbor View Advisors, where he supports the firm’s Buy-Side M&A practice. Since joining the team in 2020, he’s contributed to building strong relationships and delivering thoughtful, data-driven insights for clients.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Carson also holds SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses. He’s guided by a mindset of curiosity and openness – always looking to learn from new experiences and perspectives.

Carson enjoys exploring big ideas in economics and finance, with a particular interest in how innovation shapes markets. He often recommends The Big Print by Lawrence Lepard for its thought-provoking take on monetary systems and value creation. Outside of work, Carson enjoys golf, Auburn football, and meaningful conversations with people from all walks of life about economics, politics, and cognitive science.

Principal

Thomas Cooperrider is a Principal on the investment team at Dynamic Core Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm investing in specialty services and niche branded manufacturing companies. Since joining the firm in 2017, Thomas has focused on business development, deal execution, and portfolio company value creation. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Atomic Data and Vice Chair at Level Agency, while also heading up AI initiatives for the firm and across the portfolio. 

 Earlier in his career, Thomas worked in investment banking at Drake Star Partners in New York and prior to that at Berkeley Research Group. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MSF from Boston College, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and is a CFA charterholder. Additionally, Thomas previously served as Board Chair of Wondermore, Inc., a Boston-based 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on early childhood education.

 He currently resides on the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and their dog in a historic 1770 farmhouse, and enjoys spending his time in nature, actively participating in his local community, and cooking.
