David Reynolds is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in their Private Equity Performance Improvement group. He has more than 18 years of consulting experience in North America and abroad. His background includes revenue generation and profit improvement in supply chain optimization, operational improvements and product line profitability. He has worked in several sectors of business services, technology and consumer goods.
Mr. Reynolds has held interim-COO roles from sponsor backed business service companies to contract pet food manufacturing. Each company ranging in $100M-$450M of revenue. He also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition due diligence in businesses in various industries such as B2B services, technology-enabled companies, IOT leaders and more.
Mr. Reynolds earned his bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering and M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
