ACG Philadelphia, with local Operating Partners from Argosy Capital and NewSpring Capital, has launched a networking and best practice sharing community exclusively for Operating Partners within Private Equity funds who face the portfolio.
The initiative connects Operating Partners to build valued networks with peers while collaborating in a confidential environment to gain exposure to new ideas, expert insights and tested strategies to support the growth of the portfolio and the continued advancement of the position within the firm and industry.
This Forum is open exclusively to Operating Partners within a PE fund.
Framework / Structure:
This networking and educational community will serve senior-level operating partners primarily in the Greater Philadelphia region but will welcome interested Operating Partners from other markets. The Operating Partners' Forum will host an average of 4-5 gatherings per year:
- roundtable discussions on situational and management issues related to portfolio company growth,
- subject matter expert presentations on topics of interest to the group, and
- networking/social opportunities.
