New Leadership Announcements - Reach out to connect
Leo Helmers, Co-Founder of Mereo Capital Partners, LLC, steps into the role of President Elect, effective September 30, 2022. Leo has been an active member of ACG, driving successful new initiatives as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Steering committee, elevating our commitment to to build an M&A community that both supports and affords equitable opportunities for inclusion to source deals, build networks and grow careers for racially and ethnically diverse deal professionals in the Greater Philadelphia region.
We also welcome five new Directors to our ACG Philadelphia Board. Each has worked at the committee level to drive our mission of making ACG the community to network, source and successfully close more transactions.
A special thank you to our outgoing board members who have each been incredibly instrumental to the growth of our ACG Philadelphia community. Their commitment, insights and pulse on the broader deal community has been invaluable.

This past year brought new opportunities to lead through a transition and required a continued shift in business as usual, so an enormous thank you to our President, Anne Vazquez, General Partner, NewSpring, for her steady leadership, optimistic outlook, pragmatic decision making, and overall commitment to ACG.
Planning Ahead
On October 18, we look forward to welcoming over 750 dealmakers from across the country and around the region for M&A East at the PA Convention Center.
Applications for ACGU are open through October 28 and we look forward to welcoming 40 early career professionals to the single best networking & educational initiative for deal professionals in our region. Please encourage young professionals from your firm to apply today!
