Patrick has more than 12 years of experience serving a variety of not-for-profit, higher education, employee benefit plan, retail, construction and professional services clients. He has significant experience with Uniform Grant Guidance audits, in particular audits of the Student Financial Assistance cluster.
Patrick is responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of audit-related services to all of his engagements. Such responsibilities require the knowledge of clients and their industries, project management skills, the ability to develop distinctive relationships with clients, knowledge of financial reporting requirements and key technical pronouncements, and understanding of operating and internal control risks and concerns of the entities that are served. Frank Bovina is a Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America Business Banking in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Seeking companies with annual sales from $5 million to $50+ million, Frank serves as a facilitator to provide a full suite of commercial banking solutions to support business growth. Frank has been with Bank of America for over three years and brings approximately ten years of total banking experience to the team.
Prior to Bank of America, Frank served in various middle market banking capacities at another financial institution. Specifically, Frank spent three years as a Credit Portfolio Manager and approximately three years as a Relationship Manager focused on companies with annual sales form $20 million to $300 million. Frank is also an active Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He presently serves on the board of directors and the executive committee for the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project and as a board member for the Future Corporate Leaders organization. As a football collegiate alumni, Frank is a member of the Alumni Association for the Washington & Jefferson Football Program. Michael is a Director of Financial Controls & Processes at Westinghouse Electric Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant with experience delivering value-added Risk Advisory Services including, business process optimization and performance improvement strategy assessments, along with traditional internal audit co/outsourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance project management services. Michael’s areas of specialty include internal audit plan development and execution, SOX compliance readiness and project management, enterprise-wide risk assessments, and Service Organization Control (SOC) engagements. Michael leverages his process knowledge, finance expertise and performance improvement skills to conduct operational reviews and document critical issues and performance risk while developing comprehensive solutions and recommendations.
Mark is a Senior Corporate Banker for First Commonwealth Bank’s Syndications & Sponsor Finance Team where he focuses on multi-bank corporate credit facilities and leveraged buyout transactions of Lower Middle Market companies. Mark is responsible for initiating new business with Private Equity Sponsors, sourcing and managing direct business opportunities with Lower-Middle Market and Middle-Market firms, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, negotiating credit agreement financing terms, and managing a portfolio of corporate clients. Prior to his current role, Mark served in various corporate banking capacities at First Commonwealth bank, including Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Associate, and Junior Corporate Lender. Mark received with BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business at University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Apostolou is the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Koppers Inc., where she has served as in-house counsel since 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Apostolou was an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Reed Smith, LLP, an international law-firm, based in Pittsburgh. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Apostolou held various finance roles with Lincoln Financial Group. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School.
Katharine is a Financial Consultant with Fort Pitt Capital group. She concentrates on next generation planning by utilizing long term investment and financial strategies for young professionals. By combining her financial training with a background in social sciences, she is uniquely positioned not only to support client goals, but develop distinctive solutions to the complex challenges they may encounter along the way. Katharine developed her financial advisory skills at Morgan Stanley before joining Fort Pitt Capital Group in 2016.

Mr. Venditti has over 11 years of middle market private equity and M&A experience. Currently, Mr. Venditti is a Senior Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital where he is primarily responsible for initiating new investment opportunities, creating investment analysis, performing market research, conducing due diligence support, negotiating financings, serving on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies, and working with portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2011, Mr. Venditti worked with Bacchus Capital Management, LLC, evaluating and executing investments in the Wine Industry, and also with Gordian Group, LLC, an investment bank specializing in middle market restructurings across a broad range of industries.
Mr. Venditti is currently a director of American Grease Stick Company, Sauce Holdings, LLC, Eastern Vault Holdings, LLC, and has oversight responsibly for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria, Inc. (dba Grimaldi’s Pizzeria) and Reliable Parts Holdings. Mr. Venditti was previously a director of Metal Spinners, Inc.
Mr. Venditti received a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
After earning her degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie College, Kelly began her career in staffing for engineers and IT professionals at a global staffing company. She then transitioned into dental staffing where she credits her strong networking skills. Kelly was then recruited to rebrand and build a new website for a manufacturing company in Cleveland Ohio before moving to Pittsburgh and arriving at Pinnacle in 2015.
Throughout her career at Pinnacle, Kelly has worked with all sizes of organizations ranging from small million dollar companies to multi-billion dollar global organizations. Beginning in contract recruiting at Pinnacle for Finance and Accounting professionals, she worked her way into full-desk placement services, and now works in the role of Nationwide Business Development focusing on interim and direct-hire placements for CFO and Controller-level roles. In each position, Kelly has been known for her trustworthiness, dedication, care and going the extra mile to get to know and develop lasting relationships with each of her candidates and clients.
