Robert has been an investment professional with PNC’s private equity group for over 10 years, completing and managing a wide range of buyout transactions during that time. He is currently a Principal at PNC Riverarch Capital. Before PNC, Robert worked at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm, where he advised clients on strategy and M&A. Robert is a CFA charterholder and received a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Frank Bovina is a Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America Business Banking in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has significant experience with Uniform Grant Guidance audits, in particular audits of the Student Financial Assistance cluster.

Michael is a Director of Financial Controls & Processes at Westinghouse Electric Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant with experience delivering value-added Risk Advisory Services including, business process optimization and performance improvement strategy assessments, along with traditional internal audit co/outsourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance project management services. Michael’s areas of specialty include internal audit plan development and execution, SOX compliance readiness and project management, enterprise-wide risk assessments, and Service Organization Control (SOC) engagements. Michael leverages his process knowledge, finance expertise and performance improvement skills to conduct operational reviews and document critical issues and performance risk while developing comprehensive solutions and recommendations.
Mark is a Senior Corporate Banker for First Commonwealth Bank’s Syndications & Sponsor Finance Team where he focuses on multi-bank corporate credit facilities and leveraged buyout transactions of Lower Middle Market companies. Mark is responsible for initiating new business with Private Equity Sponsors, sourcing and managing direct business opportunities with Lower-Middle Market and Middle-Market firms, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, negotiating credit agreement financing terms, and managing a portfolio of corporate clients. Prior to his current role, Mark served in various corporate banking capacities at First Commonwealth bank, including Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Associate, and Junior Corporate Lender. Mark received with BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business at University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Apostolou is the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Koppers Inc., where she has served as in-house counsel since 2011. Prior to that, Ms. Apostolou was an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Reed Smith, LLP, an international law-firm, based in Pittsburgh. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Apostolou held various finance roles with Lincoln Financial Group. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School.
Katharine is a Financial Consultant with Fort Pitt Capital group. She concentrates on next generation planning by utilizing long term investment and financial strategies for young professionals. By combining her financial training with a background in social sciences, she is uniquely positioned not only to support client goals, but develop distinctive solutions to the complex challenges they may encounter along the way. Katharine developed her financial advisory skills at Morgan Stanley before joining Fort Pitt Capital Group in 2016.

Mr. Venditti has over 11 years of middle market private equity and M&A experience. Currently, Mr. Venditti is a Senior Associate with PNC Mezzanine Capital where he is primarily responsible for initiating new investment opportunities, creating investment analysis, performing market research, conducing due diligence support, negotiating financings, serving on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies, and working with portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining PNC Mezzanine Capital in 2011, Mr. Venditti worked with Bacchus Capital Management, LLC, evaluating and executing investments in the Wine Industry, and also with Gordian Group, LLC, an investment bank specializing in middle market restructurings across a broad range of industries.
Mr. Venditti is currently a director of American Grease Stick Company, Sauce Holdings, LLC, Eastern Vault Holdings, LLC, and has oversight responsibly for PNC Mezzanine’s investments in Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria, Inc. (dba Grimaldi’s Pizzeria) and Reliable Parts Holdings. Mr. Venditti was previously a director of Metal Spinners, Inc.
