What type of communicator are you? For women in the workplace, this can be a particularly loaded question. Have you been told your communication style is aggressive, passive, direct, or overbearing? Too nurturing or not nurturing enough? Communication—both what you say and how you say it—can make the difference between career advancement and stagnation. To communicate effectively, you need to adapt your communication style to meet people where they are at any given time.

Join us as Maureen Lazar will discuss how to identify, adapt, and respond to communication preferences that may be different than yours!
