Join us and the NACD Three Rivers Chapter on April 11th for an enlightening discussion exploring the dynamic forces driving the steel industry and their direct impact on the middle market within the Great Lakes Region.

We are honored to welcome Dean Marshall as our distinguished speaker. With extensive expertise in merger and acquisition and strategic corporate development, Dean brings invaluable insights from his tenure leading U.S. Steel's global strategy and corporate development function, as well as overseeing M&A for a prominent global IT Services platform company. Notably, Dean has also served on the board of a private equity-owned industrial company with operations spanning the US, Germany, China, and India.

Cancellations received via email at least 3 business days from the event will be granted a refund, less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received after the cut-off date (3 days prior to) are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations can be transferred without penalty to another representative from the same company for the same event, with advanced notification to organizers. If the replacement representative is not a member of the association, the firm will be responsible to pay the difference between the member vs. non-member rate (this will vary depending on the event). Picture/Video Policy: Registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the event can be used for promotional purposes. ACG Pittsburgh is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

Dean Marshall is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group, where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Dean has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate development. Dean provides sophisticated advisory services, including M&A and capital raising, to entrepreneur and family-owned businesses.

Dean started his career in the Pittsburgh office of PriceWaterhouse where he obtained his CPA license. Most recently, Dean ran U. S. Steel’s global strategy and corporate development function and subsequently led M&A for a global IT Services platform company. In addition, Dean served on the board of a private equity-owned industrial with operations in the US, Germany, China and India.
