Today, we are proud to recognize Andy Bianco, a Shareholder at Holsinger, who has over a decade of experience in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing, forensic accounting, mergers and acquisitions and general business consulting services. Andy has served both domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries during his career in the accounting profession. He consistently proves value through quality service, attention to detail and unique perspective. An advocate for his clients, Andy strives to efficiently and effectively support his clients in any capacity, from the nuances of day-to-day financial and operational matters to their most meaningful transactions.
Andy’s primary responsibilities involve the oversight of Holsinger’s tax group. Serving privately owned business and individual clients of all sizes, Andy specializes in crafting and implementing sound, defensible tax strategies tailored to the specifics of each of his clients. It is his goal to understand his client’s objectives, and armed with that information, work toward a plan for tax efficiency and mitigation today and into the foreseeable future. His experience outside tax in the areas of accounting and mergers and acquisitions allow for unique insight and perspective regarding business and financial matters.
Prior to joining Holsinger, Andy worked at a regional public accounting firm based out of Pittsburgh, responsible for supervising and performing audit and assurance engagements, due diligence, agreed-upon procedures, litigation support and other advisory services.
Andy currently serves as a Board Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Future Corporate Leaders, which promotes and connects an extensive network of professionals in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. He formerly served on the Finance Committee of ACHIEVA, a Pittsburgh based nonprofit organization which provides support for individuals with disabilities and their families. Andy is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Andrew resides in Canonsburg, PA with his wife and son. When he is not working he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
