ACG EL Volunteer Event
ACG El Will be partnering with Schoolhouse Supplies and the KGW School Supply Drive 2018 to raise awareness and funds for the 2018 drive. ACG EL members, prospective members and full members who bring a prospective EL (Click here for criteria), will be promoting the KGW School Supply Drive at the entrances of the store. Help raise awareness and encourage shoppers to donate!
3:45 pm - 6:00 pm | Meet at Cedar Mill Safeway to promote drive
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm | Head to Bethany Public House for no-host drinks
Schoolhouse Supplies is an award-winning nonprofit that supports public education in Portland by giving students and teachers free classroom supplies.
Our mission — to serve classrooms in need by operating a volunteer-run Free Store for Teachers, which is stocked with supplies donated by the community — is based on the belief that every child deserves school supplies and has the right to a quality education.
