This event facilitates networking among some of the leading private quality groups and Central Virginia's top middle market merger and acquisition intermediaries, service providers and businesses. Over 30 private equity groups, collectively representing billions of dollars in investment capital, will be available for one-on-one discussion. In year's past this event has attracted over 300 attendees including over 150 representatives of financing sources from across the nation.

PE Marketplace Exhibitor Pricing

Private Equity Exhibitor Table:
(includes two attendees to all conference activities, skirted table with company signage)

  • $695.00 until July 19, 2019
  • $895.00 after July 19, 2019

Private Equity Exhibitor Table Add-On: 

  • $250.00 – Dedicated, private meeting room – available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2nd for the duration of the conference.
  • $150.00 – Dedicated, table space in a shared meeting room – available 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2nd.

Space Assignments

PE Exhibitor tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. PE Exhibitor tables cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Reserve by August 16, 2019 for inclusion in the conference book. ACG Richmond reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or table assignments.

Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment or other property brought upon the premises of the Jefferson Hotel and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ACG Richmond and the Jefferson Hotel and its owners, servants, agents and employees against all claims or expenses for such losses including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the use of the hotel premises excluding any liability caused by the negligence of ACG Richmond and/or the Jefferson Hotel or its owners, servants, agents and employees. The exhibitor understands that neither ACG Richmond or the Jefferson Hotel maintains insurance covering the exhibitor's property nor lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Exhibitor agrees to release of exhibitor's contact information in conference related promotions.
