Cancellations must be received prior to September 18, 2019 in order to receive a refund. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to acgrichmond@acg.org by the cancellation date. No verbal requests will be taken. Please note that registration cancellations will incur a $75.00 administrative fee.

ACG Richmond, Inc. reserves the right to substitute presenters and/or session topics. 
Your attendance constitutes your approval for your likeness or image for ACG Richmond marketing.

ACG Richmond, Inc. shall not be responsible for any travel charges, airfare or hotel penalties attendees may incur due to accidents, labor disputes or strikes, riots, national emergencies, acts of God or other causes, government restrictions upon travel or transportation. Your registration constitutes mutual agreement that in the event of a cancellation of the ACG Richmond Virginia Capital Conference due to any of the aforementioned acts or causes which could prevent the scheduled conference completion, the Board of Directors of ACG Richmond, Inc. will determine, in their sole discretion, an equitable basis for refund, if any.
