2023 RIC Economic Update with Roben Farzad

Farzad is host of public radio's Full Disclosure, and appears regularly on MSNBC, NPR and PBS NewsHour. Previously senior writer for Businessweek, Farzad covered Wall Street, international finance and emerging markets -- reporting everywhere from Mozambique and Botswana to the Mideast and Medellín, Colombia, to the Dominican Republic and the Niger Delta. He started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he helped a team manage $2 billion in client assets. Born in Iran and raised in Miami, Farzad graduated from Princeton University’s School of International Affairs and the Harvard Business School. He is the author of Hotel Scarface: Where Cocaine Cowboys Partied and Plotted to Control Miami (Penguin, 2017).
