LaLisha Hurt is a visionary leader and renowned advocate for cyber, digital transformation and innovation. With over 20 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity, risk management and business strategy, LaLisha has helped private and public sector organizations navigate the complexities of the digital age, driving growth and operational excellence. Prior to her current Federal Industry Advisor role at Splunk, LaLisha served in various CISO roles at Capital One, GDIT and General Electric building, enabling and growing technology shared services for the federal government and commercial vertical markets.  LaLisha is a lifelong learner with a B.S. in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia,  M.S. in Information Assurance from UMUC and a MBA from the University of Baltimore with several ISACA industry certifications.  She is a Carnegie Mellon University Alum and Adjunct Professor for the CISO Executive Program, STEM advocate and has a strong passion for building a diverse and inclusive technology workforce for the future.

Adam S. Lee is Dominion Energy’s vice president and chief security officer.

He directs the development and implementation of corporate security strategy and policies which protect the company’s and cyber and physical assets, valued at over $100 billion and spanning 16 states. He is Dominion Energy’s security and intelligence liaison with the U.S. government and federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Lee oversees the company’s aviation and robotic systems programs. Lee joined the company in this role in 2018. 

Nick Popovich's passion is learning and exploring technology ecosystems, and trying to find ways to utilize systems in unexpected ways. His career has focused on adversarial threat simulation, offensive and defensive security, and advanced technical security assessments. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corps, and has worked in the public and private sectors, performing advanced cyber security assessments. Nick's mission is to help individuals and organizations involved with defensive security operations to have an opportunity to observe the mechanics and methods of the attackers they’re defending against, and to assist in realistically testing those defenses. Nick currently runs Rotas Security, an offensive security services company specializing in penetration testing and adversary emulation.  He's a lifelong learner and loves finding new ways to get under the hood of systems and networks. He is a father of three and a husband to one.

Courtney Totten is the Shutterstock Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) & Vice President (VP) for Security & Infrastructure. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security industry, Courtney has a wealth of expertise in areas including Cloud, Compliance. Cyber Engineering, Data Center Management, Data Privacy, Governance, Incident Management, Networks, Risk Management, Security Operations and more.

She has a breadth of industry experience working across the commercial industry at General Electric and Thomson Reuters as well as in the government industry at Booz Allen and General Dynamics.

Courtney has a Bachelors Degree from Virginia Tech and lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and two children.
