ACG Richmond's Breakfast Series brings together the Greater Richmond business community to network and hear high caliber industry experts share their outlook, opinions, challenges and successes.

Founded in 2010, IMB Partners is a private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing attractive middle market companies. They have invested over $1 billion of capital in over 30 platform investments and add-on acquisitions. IMB Partners invest long-term committed capital on a deal-by-deal basis with their own capital and on behalf of over 75 institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals.

At this breakfast we welcome, Lamar Warren, VP & Head of Utility & Infrastructure Services at IMB Partners, who will join us to discuss how IMB has leaned into its firm values to create a unique strategy that drives growth and creates value across its portfolio. Lamar will be joined by Valarie Cofield, an executive at IMB portfolio company Carr & Duff, for a fireside chat that will cover everything from people & relationships to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to the importance of differentiated thinking in management.
