Shawn Boyer is the Founder and CEO of goHappy, the nation’s leading frontline employee engagement platform. He is deeply passionate about helping frontline workers and employers connect and thrive, a mission that has driven his career. Prior to goHappy, Shawn founded and served as CEO of Snagajob, the nation’s largest marketplace for frontline workers and employers, from 2000-2013, and later as Chairman of the Board through 2015. Shawn lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and their three children.
