Carolina heads the LEGO Group’s government and public affairs team and is responsible for policy and regulatory issues management across North and South America, In this role, she works internally and externally to mitigate commercial risks and create opportunities through dedicated stakeholder engagement to further support the LEGO brand reputation and corporate social responsibility efforts. Carolina and her team focus on public policy related to responsible digital engagement, market access, environmental responsibility and learning through play. She has a Masters in International Trade and Investment Policy from the George Washington University. Carolina is originally from Brazil, but lives in New York with her husband and two sons.
