September Breakfast with Brian Quigley, COO of Respira Technologies

Brian Quigley has twenty five years of Marketing, Regulatory, Operations and General Management experience for public companies, private equity-backed businesses and venture-backed businesses.    

Brian is currently Chief Operating Officer for Respira Technologies, Inc., a California venture backed health-technology company focused on commercializing device technologies that both satisfy the desires and needs of consumers, while delivering compounds with the safety profile of proven medical device technologies for both pharma and cannabis.  Prior to Respira, Brian spent two years as founder of Green Sky Strategy, a cannabis-focused strategy consulting firm and 16 years at Altria Group including seven years as President & CEO for Altria’s Smokeless and Innovative Products/Vapor Businesses. Throughout his career, Brian played a pivotal role in creating growth strategies that create shareholder value.

Brian is an active venture investor in both the cannabis and alcohol spaces and serves on the Boards of Mustgrow Biologics, Belle Isle Craft Spirits and the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges.

Brian lives in Richmond with his wife Amy and three sons.
