Asif Charania, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA, is a Partner and Practice Leader in Keiter’s Valuation and Forensic Services group.
Keiter is a 180+ person full-service accounting firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serving clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
With more than 18 years of experience, Asif has conducted over 800 valuation and forensic engagements, advising attorneys, business owners, and companies on matters involving business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, transactions, financial reporting, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder disputes, divorce, and economic damages. He is also an experienced testifying expert and a frequent speaker on valuation and forensic accounting topics.
Outside of his professional work, Asif is active in the Richmond community and serves on several boards, including the Estate Planning Council of Richmond and a nonprofit free clinic, where he serves as board member and treasurer.
