Kyle Andersen joined Falcon Affiliates in 2026 as a Vice President. He is responsible for transaction sourcing and execution, as well as ongoing portfolio monitoring and value creation.
Previously, Kyle was a Vice President at Incline Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on executing and managing investments across the services, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Prior to Incline, Kyle was an Associate at Summit Park, focusing on business services, industrials and consumer investments. Kyle started his career in investment banking as an Analyst at Piper Sandler in the firm’s Industrials & Business Services group.
Kyle received his B.S. in Accounting & Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
