Terrye Enslow

Terrye Enslow is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Threadline Consulting, a boutique advisory firm focused on aligning business strategy, culture, and operations to accelerate growth and maximize performance. Threadline partners with clients to design and execute transformational growth initiatives, including acquisition due diligence, deal negotiation, integration planning, and post-merger value creation.

Prior to founding Threadline Consulting, Terrye served as Chief Financial Officer for two private equity-backed companies, Care Advantage Inc. and Clarest Health. She also held senior leadership roles as Vice President of Corporate Development at Luck Companies and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Terrye is a graduate of the College of William & Mary.
