Terry Cook

Terry Cook is the managing principal of Parcion Private Wealth; an independent multi-family office that partners with business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families to optimize wealth events and beyond through smart planning, strong advocacy and prudent investment management. With nearly 30 years of experience, Terry has designed Parcion Private Wealth as the next step in helping his clients preserve the legacy they’ve built to support their families and communities. Prior to founding Parcion, Terry was a managing director and founder of the Cascade Group of UBS Private Wealth Management. Throughout his career, Terry has focused on providing advanced planning around cash flow modeling, wealth transfer goals, customized investment policies and guidance through major liquidity events.

Robert (Bob) Mahon

Bob Mahon, chair of the Perkins Coie's Tax practice, focuses his practice on helping clients minimize state and local taxes and comply with state and local tax laws. Bob represents clients in state and local tax audits, refunds, appeals, and litigation, as well as assists clients with tax planning and business transactions. Bob is the past president of the Tax Section of the Washington State Bar Association and teaches State and Local Tax as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington School of Law. He is also a frequent speaker and author on state and local tax issues.

Rachel Roberson

Rachel Roberson is a Senior Manager at Sweeney Conrad specializing in state and local taxes.  She works with individuals and businesses in the manufacturing, construction, technology and professional services industries to consult with them on Washington taxes and audits, multistate sales taxes, nexus and special projects.   She is active with the Washington Society of CPAs and the Association of Washington Businesses and occasionally enjoys reading tax legislation in her free time.
