Please join Y20 Seattle on Tuesday, October 24th for a great program, Best Practices in Networking and Communication” featuring Kristie Van Leeuwen, founder of PeopleReader Inc.Kristie helps individuals and firms achieve sustainable revenue growth through personalized coaching. She enhances productivity through a focus on strategy development, accountability to execution of action plans, effective communication and enhanced teaming techniques at all levels of the organization.
 
Prior to founding PeopleReader Inc. a decade ago, she spent 15 years leading sales teams in financial institutions in both Canada and the United States.  Kristie consistently achieved the highest of results as a producer, player-coach and ultimately a national sales leader.
Kristie has logged thousands of hours working with individuals and teams on combining both the strategic and tactical aspects of sales coaching, as well as the behavioral and communication techniques required for success.
 
She is adept at “listening to the culture” of her clients in order to define a clear path for transformation, while simultaneously generating the momentum that enables the company to sustain the transformation over the long-term.  
Her rare ability to relate at all levels of the organization has made her a change agent for hundreds of clients in banking, financial services and professional services firms.
 
As a Master Coach, Certified Behavioral Analyst and one of few non-government agents Nationally Certified as a Body Language and Deception Detection Expert. Kristie brings not only a strong knowledge base, but also an unquenchable desire to help people become the best they can be.
