Y20 Program: Executive Presence – Understanding how to have greater impact and more influence with Josh Johnston

Josh Johnston is a high-energy leader, with a proven track record of partnering with Executive level leadership focused on driving results that align with the organizations strategic initiatives. Josh’s past experience within sales organizations and leadership teams has shaped his approach on building deep relationships and being intentional to create experiences that build trust with clients. Josh understands how to leverage the strengths of each individual in a team and how to put them in positions that allow the individual and the group to flourish. Josh’s experience as a Talent Acquisition leader at RSM allowed him to gain great insight into RSM’s value proposition in the marketplace. In his current role, Josh facilitates trainings, leads client pursuit teams, and provides coaching to individuals participating in executive programs such as Champions for Growth (CFG) and Building Effective Client Relationships (BECR), as well as managing a variety of external client relationships (Law Firms & Alliance member firms).
