2026 Annual General Meeting

Please note that your association's Annual General Meeting is taking place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, and your attendance is requested.

This year's meeting will be held at DLA Piper (Suite 5100, Bay Adelaide - West Tower, 333 Bay Street, Toronto, ON) from 4:30-5:30 PM ET, in order:

1. TO ELECT up to one (1) or more director(s) in accordance with General Bylaw No. 1;

2. TO RECEIVE and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended February 28, 2026, together with the reports of the directors and the auditors thereon;

3. TO APPOINT auditors and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;

4. TO TRANSACT such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

 
The AGM is free for current members. Please join us at the DLA Piper offices OR you may attend the AGM virtually. If you are able to attend, please RSVP by Friday, June 19, 2026 HERE. 

• Please identify if you will be attending in person or virtually. If you are attending virtually, our Chapter Executive will send you the meeting information prior to the AGM.

If you are unable to join us on June 23rd, please fill out the Proxy Form and send the finished copy to toronto@acg.org by June 22, 2026. 

P.S. – ACG Toronto’s Summer Social Reception will be hosted after the AGM from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. at the DLA Piper offices, Suite 5100.
