This exclusive event is Canada's largest for mid-market dealmakers. It features pre-scheduled meetings for Investment Banks and M&A Advisory firms to meet with Private Equity, Capital providers, Corporate Development and Family Office firms from Canada and the U.S.

At the 2025 Summer DSN, a record 150+ corporate firms attended for unparalleled networking and deal-making opportunities. The conference format features 20-minute, one-on-one sessions scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT at Arcadian Loft in the financial district. We will also schedule mid-morning, afternoon & lunch breaks with Breakfast and Lunch provided for all attendees.

MEETING SCHEDULER INFORMATION:

The meeting scheduler platform for registered participants will be available the week of June 16^th. We will only send the meeting scheduler link to primary contacts. We will send the instructions on how to schedule meetings, once each company has registered.

JULY 8th - OPENING RECEPTION - hosted by HOLLAND AND KNIGHT LLP

All DSN attendees are invited to join us for the Opening Reception on the evening of July 8th at the Vintage Conservatory Wine Club - a private social club, in the heart of the entertainment district, from 3.00 - 8.30 pm. The evening agenda will include a wine and spirits tasting.

Who can attend:

• There will be a limited capacity of tickets for ACG Members, industry executives, and all DSN registered attendees.

• All attendees, including Private Equity, Capital Providers, Family Offices, Investment Banks and M&A Advisory firms, will receive complimentary reception tickets.

• A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase by ACG members and non-members from the following sectors: Alternative lenders, M&A partners - Law and Accounting firms, plus specialty consultants from the mid-market sector.
