Andrea Feunekes, D.Sc. (Hon.), M.Sc.F., ICD.D

Andrea Feunekes is a corporate director, strategic advisor and founder with more than three decades of experience building, scaling and governing organizations across technology, manufacturing and real estate. She co-founded and led Remsoft as Chair and CEO, growing it into a global software company serving 150+ organizations on six continents. She serves on corporate boards in global manufacturing, real estate and technology, and brings an active M&A and value creation perspective to all her board work. Based in Atlantic Canada, she works with organizations across Canada and internationally.
