Emily Smits

Emily Smits is the CEO of Modest Tree, a software company specializing in  3D training and  digitalization of maintenance for complex equipment.  Emily is a thought leader in immersive training and digitalization of service, having partnered with global manufacturers in aerospace, defense, and automotive industries to develop new business models for in-service operational and maintenance support. In addition, Emily serves as a board member for Atlantic Canadian Aerospace and Defence Association . Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and is a designated accountant (CPA-CMA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
