Steve Drummond

Steve holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Prince Edward Island, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and an ICD designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Steve currently serves on the strategic advisory board for the Ocean Capital Group including acting as a member of the board of directors for entities in the Canadian and US fuel services and distribution industry.  Steve is the past President and Director of Source Atlantic Limited, which he grew to 700 employees across 25 locations in Canada, delivering supply chain solutions spanning engineered products, large rotating equipment, valve and periscope systems for submarine fleets, and automation and robotics for general industry across oil and gas, mining, marine, agriculture, and manufacturing. He also served as past President and Director of Petro Service Limited, a 150-employee business operating in seven provinces providing distribution, services, and construction for the fuel provisioning sector, including retail gas stations, marine, and industrial customers. Under his leadership, Source Atlantic acquired five businesses across Canada before its sale to a US-based private equity firm, and Petro Service acquired four businesses across Canada; he was also a member of the acquisition team on the recent acquisition of a large US-based fueling services business by Ocean Capital in the spring of 2026.

Steve was also on the board of Affiliated DistributorsLLC  (chair of the governance and nominating committee), and Independent Dirstributors Inc  (Chair), along with several other industry and non-profit organizations, During his leadership at Independent Distributors Inc.he lead  the merger of [IDI] with [ADLLC] while serving as Board Chair. He has been recognized by Atlantic Business Magazine as one of Atlantic Canada's top 50 CEOs, and led Source Atlantic to repeated recognition as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
