Join us for the first of our content-led events in Manchester. Our 'Trends In' thought leadership series has been extremely popular over the past few years and we are delighted to bring the concept to Manchester.

This event will explore Trends in Alternative Capital. From early stage start-ups through the various stages of a growth lifecycle, our panel will discuss the various funding options and products available and the key considerations in alternative capital  deals for capital providers, advisors and companies alike. Specifically:

  • What are the alternative funding options for companies at different stages of their lifecycle and deal considerations?

  • What is driving the growth in private debt funds and how are they approaching the UK market and their transactions?

  • Is it just about money? With a vast array of potential capital options what else is important to grow businesses?

  • How do you add value other than just through capital?

To date, TDC has raised over £300m of institutional capital and invested over £160m to support northern businesses with their growth aspirations; this growth has resulted in four successful exits for TDC, resulting in strong returns for investors.

He has advised both Private Equity and Corporate clients on a range of transactions including acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recapitalisations, staple debt financing, and restructurings across a variety of sectors. Prior to this, Richard worked in asset management at JP Morgan.
