For our next Women in M&A programme, we are delighted to welcome Elaine Sullivan, Partner at Manchester Square Partners as the evening's guest speaker.

Elaine has a wealth of experience spanning senior industry leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer for Global Banking at Deutsche Bank; Chair at the annual Women in European Business conference, and prior to that as Global Head of Financial Markets at IBM. More recently she held senior positions within executive search and acted as an independent adviser to a firm specialising in career management for senior women.

Elaine currently leads Manchester Square Partners' board effectiveness review and a range of initiatives to position senior women executives to realise their potential in executive committee and executive director roles, as well as to support them in seeking NED roles in other companies.

Elaine will share her extensive industry experience on defining and taking full ownership of your career, including:

  •  What makes a good leader

  •  Finding your power and your voice

  •  Building and nurturing your brand

  •  Tangible actions to take to ensure ownership in designing your future
