ACG Utah's Executive Roundtable - CFO Forum Series is designed as Utah's forum for CFOs to discuss topics of
concern with other CFOs, learn how to be more effective financial leaders and network with their peers in a private, safe and privileged environment while earning CPE credits on topics relevant to their business and networking with
other CFOs.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Treasurers, and other finance and operations professionals that are interested in
timely accounting and finance updates.  This is not open to service professionals.

Bruce Gwilliam

CFO

Bruce is the CFO of American Crafts in Lindon, Utah.  Founded in 1994, American Crafts' focus on product innovation and diversification has allowed it to become a leading provider of DIY specialty crafting and home décor products and materials sold to over 1,500 specialty, mass, discount, independent and online retailers in over 60 countries globally.  American Crafts has a proven track record of growing leading brands in the craft industry both organically and through acquisition.  Over the past 4 years, American Crafts has completed 5 acquisitions with the most recent closing in September 2018.  These strategic acquisitions have enabled American Crafts to expand into new categories, secure key licenses, and deepen relationships with retailers.  Prior to joining American Crafts, Bruce spent 11 years in the retail industry as CFO for the retail division of Associated Food Stores and as Corporate Controller for Sportsman's Warehouse.  Bruce earned a BS degree in Business Management, finance emphasis, and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a licensed CPA.
