Barry Lutz is a Managing Director and head of Intermountain Regional Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Barry is responsible for providing investment banking and capital markets advisory services to clients in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico.
Barry has more than 18 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, providing public, private, private equity, and family office clients with advice and execution for capital structure solutions, debt and equity financings, and mergers & acquisitions, including many high-profile transactions across the technology, healthcare, industrials, and C&R sectors.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Barry worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities, UBS, and Credit Suisse. He also served four years as an enlisted member of the U.S. Air Force and is a graduate of USAF Officer Training School. Barry also holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate.
