Bill Kirth is a Managing Partner at Rectify Partners and the founder of Rectify Capital, where he combines hands-on operational consulting with a broad suite of working capital solutions, including purchase order financing, accounts receivable financing, revenue-based finance, and convertible debt, to help high-growth companies scale.

With nearly a decade at Rectify and a portfolio spanning industries from technology to cannabis, he brings a uniquely integrated perspective to the middle market: part investor, part strategist, part financing partner. He currently holds board seats and active investor roles with Boss Strategy Global, Aromatherapist LLC, Title iO, Kinect Capital, and SureCan, and previously served as CEO and Board Chairman of Blue Eye over a 12-year tenure.
